Daily Engagement

During my internship with Plural, I was responsible for engaging with all client accounts on a daily basis using Sprout Social. I did this by answering questions, monitoring comments and followers, and making sure content was published correctly. I also monitored Google Alerts to make sure all press about the clients was responded to and posted about accordingly.

Clients: Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Anne Klein, AIGA Eye On Design, 101 Wall, and David Monn


Social Media Scheduling

I helped curate content on clients' feeds, taking into account the different types of content and narratives that are essential to show on the brand. After creating the social media calendar and assisting the copywriting for the posts, I would use Sprout Social to schedule content to go on a daily basis at peak times.

Project: Pinterest Holiday Board

In order to increase engagement and branded content on Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams' Pinterest, I worked closely with a freelance Pinterest specialist and the Marketing Director at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams to ensure that content was consistently scheduled throughout the winter season until New Year's Day. This was done so by creating a holiday board that included branded content as well as holiday inspiration content.
